Easy access, clean, comfortable place.
A bit far from restaurants or convenience stores.

Clean, and in good order
Not spacious enough but still pretty good for the price

The room felt very cozy and welcoming. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. I appreciated the homely atmosphere and the overall comfort during my time in Winnipeg. It was a nice place to relax after a long day.
The only minor inconvenience was that the dishes had to be washed in the bathroom sink, which required going back and forth between rooms. The same applied to filling the kettle with water. It wasn’t a major issue, just slightly less practical.
