SPA-Bereich war etwas zu klein, zu wenig Liegen, die oben am Schwimmbad waren oft zu laut. Die Versorgung mit Sauna Tüchern über den Zimmer Service funktionierte nicht. Eine 50 Minuten Massage dauerte nur 40 Minuten. 80% der Gäste waren deutsch, aber deutsch war keine Service Sprache.

In den Saunen musste man bekleidet bleiben. Abend Buffet war lecker was es gab aber für den Preis etwas mau. Viel besser ist da das a la carte Restaurant

The hotel has a beautiful location with a lovely view of the lake, which makes for some relaxing moments — especially if you’re lucky enough to get a room facing the water. The hotel complex is new and looks appealing at first glance. The à la carte restaurant serves high-quality food, and the breakfast buffet offers a good selection.

The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition — full of potholes and not properly paved. While the building itself is new, the design lacks thoughtful planning. For example, there’s not enough space to hang towels in the bathroom, and when it rains, there are too few indoor areas to accommodate all guests, resulting in a crowded and uncomfortable atmosphere. The spa is underwhelming. Only four stone loungers are available indoors, which is far from enough, especially when it’s rainy and lying outside isn’t an option. The spa features just one dry sauna and one wet sauna — both get overcrowded quickly. Adding to this, guests are required to wear bathing clothes even in the sauna, leading to unsightly stains and an unhygienic feeling. The parking is misleading — it’s listed as free on Google, but you’ll be charged €13 per car upon arrival. The breakfast area is cramped and poorly organized, which detracts from the otherwise good selection. The restaurant, while serving excellent food, has an unfortunate setup. A large TV plays music videos (sometimes showing inappropriate content) which doesn’t match the upscale atmosphere they seem to aim for. Loud music also disrupts what should be a relaxing dinner experience.
