The location was wonderful. We already love Dorsoduro and the quiet canal-side situation with the terrace was just super. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and queries, and were able to accommodate an early check in -- thank you so much!
It is very clear from the photos, but the open staircase without a handrail is not ideal for anyone who has any mobility or balance issues. It wasn't a surprise, but was a little more anxiety-producing than we anticipated. We both would have appreciated more bed pillows. These are minor issues! The apartment was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable.

Very Stylish, yet comfortable and cozy
In Venice it’s everywhere on the street, so not an official complain: in the small bathroom downstairs we could smell a bit the drains.

Great location close to the Guggenheim and Academia. Lovely house with canal terrace with fantastic facilities and very attractively designed. Great use of interior space and imaginative decor. Very quiet.
There is really nothing to dislike about this property if you are looking for somewhere of a high standard to stay in Dorsodura. I found the lighting a bit complicated to work and further instructions on this would be helpful.
