The location was perfect, and two of the staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming. However, the staff member who welcomed us on our first day was not very friendly, which affected our initial impression. One of the staff members was especially wonderful. I believe her name was Iman, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. On our last day, she even helped us find a taxi, which we really appreciated. She made us feel very welcome and left a great impression.

The welcome on our arrival could have been better. We had requested an early check-in, but the receptionist only allowed us to enter our room about four hours after we arrived. The housekeeping service could also be improved. Throughout our stay, the cups we used were never cleaned or replaced. I specifically asked to clean them, but unfortunately, they were still left unclean afterward. This was disappointing, especially since it continued throughout our stay.
