Conveniently located across Copacabana beach, lively area and near lots of bars/restaurants/night market. Place itself is clean & spacious. Eddie the host was friendly, respond to messages very quickly and made the entire pre-arrival and check in very smooth and easy.

Corridor lighting not really working but not a big deal.

The location is great. The host Ed is friendly.

The room needs a Fair amount of maintenance. The shower is leaking and water is everywhere in the bathroom. The beds are uncomfortable, the sofa bed was really bad. All these are due for replacement. The extra blankets for the sofa bed were stinky (we washed ourselves). We informed Ed and he said he was going to deliver some clean sheets and blankets which did not happen at all. There were no shops or shampoo, no paper towels. The toilet paper was just tiny which we ran out on the 3rd day. The building itself seems older, However the location is great, just right at the heart of Copacabana.
