The property was away from the noise, but everything was a short walk away. Close to Iguana Reef Inn for a nice beach with no sargassum. The host and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the apartment, the roof top, all the balconies, and the pool and hot tub! We booked fishing and snorkeling excursions and were picked up at the dock in front of the property. We loved it and will definitely stay here again!

it was close to the area’s of island that i was interested in. very clean, great pool, and felt secure.

The property was a great location. Able to walk to attractions easily. Very clean and great space.
Bathroom is a little bit tight. But we were able to make it work.

Communication was excellent and Mary had the unit ready early for our arrival. Any small things were rectified immediately. The location was easily accessible to everywhere. The unit was spacious, well appointed, and comfortable and had everything necessary so we could cook some nice meals there. The bottled water was a bonus we hadn't expected which made a big difference. The pool was clean and a welcome relief in the afternoons.
Caye Caulker is a noisy little place and while there was street noise in the area, within the well constructed and designed building we did not ever hear other people staying there.
