Villa Gemma

Posto tranquillo a 5minuti dal centro storico pulizia personale eccellente parcheggio gratuito

This is a family run B &B and they go out of their way for their guests! They called the taxi for us to go to the cruise port as we don’t speak Italian. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the shower was excellent! Loved everything about it!

Nothing negative.

It is conveniently located to old town and has parking. The breakfast was good. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The shower is small but good.

The host sent an email mid morning of the arrival day with access information. We were already out doing things and we’re not checking email. So we arrived with no one to welcome us. Other guests helped since we did not have phone access since to add it cost Americans $10 a day. Host should have emailed the instructions the day before. The breakfast person was nice but only knew Italian. The process of entering and exiting requires 3 keys and the door locks is strange. We asked for restaurant suggestions and the host identified two but when we went there they were both closed on a Sunday. The host should know that. Overall the hotel is fine but the client service is lacking. There is construction going on across the parking lot and at times loud noises either from there or the nearby line of garbage bins. Some before 7am.

Die Besitzer waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend
