top Lage, sehr sauber, Aufzug , große Zimmer und schöne Bäder

Great size of apartment, nice and quiet and very good location

The location was great. Cafe and dinning across the street. It had two rooms, two baths, a kitchen and an elevator.

Difficult to get into when you book it last min and have no wifi to fill out the forms before you can enter. Not much help when calling she was upset we were late and she went to work. Like we had a choice when we were arriving! Turns off her phone at 9pm so hopefully you have no issues later than that. We had one small bath towel and hand towel each and nothing for the shower floor or kitchen use. Only one blanket and we had two rooms and light bulbs were so low you could not read from them. It was our first experience checking in totally online so that could have been part of the issue. But not having Wifi standing outside the building after a 18 hour trip and having to find a location with WIFI to see a video to get in was over the top for us.

Location was excellent to tourist sites in Florence and train station.

The property had a weird layout with everything off a long hallway. It did not have a living room or sitting area to visit, kitchen needs some renovations, and was dark with no windows directly outside (just into the side of the building).
