Great property near the centre of Hastings. 3 good size bedrooms and lovely living space and nice outside space.

Lovely old property full of character, right next to Winkle Island/The Stade/Contemporary Art Gallery.
Well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need, fantastic shower, friendly hosts. Beds comfy. TV works. Perfect for a family trip.
Amazingly, it was nice & quiet at night despite it being a busy bank holiday weekend in town.
Would definitely come back. 💙
Not a major thing but the light streams into the master bedroom on sunrise: maybe add a blind or curtain to the window above the door?
Also maybe add a buffer cushion to the kitchen doorway as anyone tallish will keep banging their heads 🤣
