Roberto was very kind and welcoming. The location was fantastic- very easy to get around the city. The balcony was nice. The bed was relatively comfortable for a pull-out couch.
While not bad for a pull-out couch, it was a pull-out couch and my neck and back were complaining after a couple of nights. Some things were falling apart- part of the baseboards were falling off the walls, and the toilet flush button was barely hanging on. The bathroom smelled somewhat of mildew and there were ants in the bathroom. Some of the dishes were very dirty.
