In a good spot on the quieter side of the river. There’s a hill but it’s not bad. Bed was comfortable and it was clean. Breakfast has a good range although food quality isn’t high (cheap yoghurts etc). Decent choice for a budget priced hotel. It wasn’t what we expected but it was fine.
Although clean, the bathroom really smelled of stale urine. Possibly only the bathroom for the family room that has this issue but I see other reviews also mentioned it. We asked the staff to clean again and they said they fixed it but the smell kept coming back. A shame as it made the room unpleasant.

I loved the location: on the hillside across the river and city centre but all within walkable distance and one could use the funicular a few 100 yards up in the park to go or return from the centre. The hill is steep when walking home lovely staff. Room comfortable.
I liked everything. Breakfast times starts a bit late if you are
Doing excursions but if you tell the staff the day before, a breakfast box will be prepared for you.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno aiutato a organizzare transfer e tour senza problemi.
Purtroppo il nostro bagno emanava un odore di urina abbastanza persistente. In generale il livello di pulizia non sembrava altissimo.
Aria condizionata molto rumorosa e poco regolabile. Colazione buona ma che purtroppo viene servita tardi dalle 9 in avanti. Considerato anche il prezzo pagato rispetto ad altri hotel in Georgia, insomma..
