Located centrally to Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square.
Beautiful clean apartment with coffee bar close by.
No chance of sleeping late as tours of the attraction right outside the apartment started from 8:00am with people standing right outside the apartment door often peeking through the shutters as their tour guides spoke.

Great location, nice apartment and responsive host
Because it’s right opposite the famous spiral staircase, at peak time it’s difficult to go into apartment because of the number of tourists blocking the entry way. You just have to push pass them in the q.

Location. clean! Well appointed. Very good air conditioning for the humid weather. Washer and dryer. It’s not a big fancy place, but it serves its purpose very well! We were out and about, A LOT! This apartment afforded us a comfortable rest in between with plenty of food and drinks close by.
You gotta be very precise with your map, it is tucked away, but once you find it, you will be rewarded.
