Nice apartment in a good location
We got the first floor, rather noisy. Small water heater. Hot water lasts for only one person taking a shower. We didn’t like having the tv set in the bedroom and not in the living room

The location, as everyone has said, is exceptional. I loved all of the nearby restaurants, there was a train station not all that far away, and Condesa was across the street. It felt like home away from home. And the apartment itself was very nice. I liked the decor and was happy with what we could do in the kitchen (there is also a grocery store nearby). Lastly, I really enjoyed the trees and neighborhood. The security guards were lovely and the staff were all helpful.
It was a little hard to get ahold of the in-person receptionist. We were given their hours, but the one time that we needed them, we couldn't find them. As someone who prefers hotels with 24 hour reception, this was a bit of an issue for me, but at the end of the day, the team fixed the issue that we were having. Additionally, I found that the digital communications were prompt. So, overall, I might suggest making the reception hours more regular and reliable, but the staff did great in any case.

O apartamento é simplesmente lindo, exatamente como nas fotos, e muito amplo e confortável. Fica num bairro maravilhoso também.
Pra quem tem um sono muito leve, o barulho dos carros na rua pode incomodar um pouco, mesmo com os ear plugs que disponibilizam.
