The check-in procedure was really easy and the host was always responsive and friendly on booking.com and via WhatsApp. We stayed here for a work conference trip and the property was perfect for our needs (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer). The location is great with walking distance to everything in West End and Southbank. The beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place - thank you!
Our only concern was that the noise from upstairs could be a bit disruptive in the evenings, so it's not ideal if you're a light sleeper.
