Room were dirty room staff very rude,no non coperative , bathroom very dirty no toiletries, no glass,no kettle, un very unhygienic.place,even they stop us to take no more brkfast as it was buffet,out of 1 to 9 i will rate it only 1 fir ariva hotel

The pictures are different from the actual property and rooms. We were highly disappointed. As we arrived in Baku around 2 a.m., we did not have other options to look around. Unfortunately, we decided to stay in this dirty place. We requested them to provide us with a good room, but they insisted it was a good room. We were so disappointed that we forgot to take pictures. The room lock was not working properly, the beds were half broken, and the room was dirty and stinky. Everything was so bad, even the breakfast. When we went there, there was nothing left for us to eat except bread and butter. Please don't stay there and save your money.
We did not like anything at all. Even when you enter the reception, you are welcomed by a dirty carpet.

Asla fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi değil, tesisin dışı bile böyle değildi derme çatma bir yer. Odası berbat otesiydi pislikten geçilmiyordu. Odalar eski, yataklar aşırı derece sert. Zar zor uyuduk. Yorumlar ve fotoğraflar sahtekarlik

Отель очень хороший, номера аккуратные,завтрак отличный и разнообразный,расположение тихое и все близко.Думаю приехать еще раз.

We changed rooms multiple times due to issues like fungus disease in the hotel causing itching on the face. However, the process of changing rooms went smoothly.
Despite knowing that fungal disease and facial itching were common in the Hotel, they failed to inform us about the need for antifungal medication

It's like an overnight shelter. There are a lot of bedbugs in the mattresses.

Hotel did not accept card payment. Offered to change USD at bad rate. Demanded payment at the time of arrival at 4 am. The room had TV with broken screen, dirty bedsheets, ugly black paper on the window, very dirty bathroom with no toilet paper and some parts of shower missing. Mattress was old, dirty, with springs sticking out. Photoes attached. Это был самый грязным и раздолбанный номер который я когда либо видел. Booking, please remove the hotel from your listing.

The breakfast was very nice, fresh and with great variety. The staff was more than polite. The room was clean and will all needed amenities and free Wi-fi

location is pretty convenient, there are some supermarkets and restaurants close by. The area looks safe. Regarding to the staff, the cleaner ladies are friendly and try to help you in all the ways possible, doesn'tmatter that them don't speak English well. however, the reception staff is not very helpful or friendly.
the rooms are not like the pictures show. The building needs a lot of maintenance. They don't have any info about what tourists can do or where to hire tours. Breakfast starts at 9 am but most tours pick you up at 8:30 am, so there is no chance to eat there.

Номер грязный, сломан унитаз, грязное постельное белье, полотенца выдали не сразу, отсутствуют одеяла , душевая кабина без дверей и т.д.
