Nice location, quiet quarters, E.Leclerc and Lidl within walking distance. Generally not far from everything, can easily walk to sightsee local churches. Comparably easy to park, street is not too active. Very nice apartment design. Good in-room facilities, have all that needed for comfortable stay. Samuel was always reachable, but didn't really have any issues to contact about. Pretty happy about my stay :)
Could probably benefit from some side lighting. But it's matter of taste.
Sofa bed and stairs bit squeaky so I worried this could bother my friend sleep (though he didn't complain after all). Dishes had to rewash cause previous guest didn't do it well enough. One glass still had lipstick traces and probably same lady forgot her panties in the laundry machine.

Bien équipé, assez grand, grande salle d eau.
