Location is walking distance to 711 and local shops.
We were able to get food delivered via grab too
Bathrooms could do with a little updating but for the money we paid to stay it was such good value and we had an excellent holiday

Most of the persons in the group liked the pool. The karaoke was also used and liked by most of them. The pool table was also used and liked by everyone.
The BBQ unit was also good and well used by the group.
Communications: This was an issue as the phone number provided by Bookin.com was not valid. However, the person was kind enough to provide us with the correct number to call.
Google Maps: The address provided was used on Google maps and it took us to a place not far from the Villa, but wrong destination. We had to call the owner again and was guided by tham to the correct address.

Beautiful swimming pool and very helpful host. Very big bed and clean bedsheet and towels, short car journey to night market. Spacious and quiet.
No wardrobe in the room, very basic design. A drive away to shops other than 7 11.
