The location and the river view are excellent.
A few minor things.
Door handles on a number of cupboards need repairing. Internal shelf in main bedroom needs repairing. The water pressure in the main bedroom shower is poor.

The views were amazing and it was wonderful to have the rooms somewhat separate as it felt so spacious. The kids loved the pool!
Everything met our expectations

Very clean internally and spacious
Green unhygienic swimming pool that you could not use and a health hazard. Chinese lamps with non Australian plugs which didn’t work and faulty dryer
