L’appartement est conforme aux photos, très spacieux très bien équipé! Nous avons passé un super séjour! L’emplacement est vraiment très bien proches des bars, commerces, restaurants et tu centre.

Tout était parfait!

Zen Love is located in a much cooler neighbourhood of Athens, close to lively bars, good restaurants outside the busy centre. Overall very spacious place, great balcony to enjoy some sandos from the local bakery (Black Salami), huge bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Oh and two ACs so you can stay frosty.

A big and perfectly furnished apartment with all you need, and even more: a washing machine with cleaning products, which was much appreciated. AC both in the living and bedroom. The apartment is at a perfect location for Athens, so many great bars and food options around, many shops and pharmacies. The neighbourhood has a great atmosphere. The apartment had everything one could need, the kitchen was equipped well, TV, shower products, towels. It’s a spacious and comfortable space. The host was very kind all throughout our stay.

The AC in the bedroom is not really able to cool down the room. There is a “back door” at the back of the kitchen from where a bright light comes in from the neighbouring building the whole night. It’s minor and it doesn’t bother the sleep.

The price was good for Athens and the location, allthough this is basically the monthly rent of this apartment and we paid that in 2 weeks. Comfortable bed and good storage. Modern apartment. Very cool neighbourhood but important to stay respectful to locals as overtourism and apartment rentals are a problem and grafitti in the street tells you to go away.

There were bread crumbs in the kitchen on arrival and some hair in the bathroom. I had to clean but it was not very time consuming and I didn't have the energy to report it. When I did report something later, it took several privatr phone numbers, either listed on booking or given in messages to actually reach the right person. I find it unnecessary and it gave me a lot of stress. The hot water also kept on disappearing and we called for help. It was fixed for 1 day, then it went back yo not working. When we moved in to the flat, we noticed that some plates were oily. So the hot water wasn't working when the previous guest stayed there. How can you then claim that the flat has constant hot water? I had to reset the boiler every day and several times for it to work. The apartment isn't well insulated and we heard everything in the street. Teenagers smoking and not moving away from our entrance, although they didn't live there. Teenagers urinating in the street in front of our house. There was always trash in front of the house. The teenagers left cigarettes and super market left over plastics outside the main entrance. The neighbours picked these up in silence. This is a really rough neighbourhood and it depends on what street you stay in. The apartment was also after we washed our clothes, they were damp for days, making them stink. Stains didn't go away because the washing machine took in cold water because the boiler was off. The couch was very small and uncomfortable. I could barely sit back and relax. Someone out a strong headlight-looking spotlight in the abandonded garage in the back on the house and this light disturbed us so much during evenings. My partner is epileptic and strong lights make him dizzy.
