Perfect distance from the beach. Loved that there was a wagon in the garage to haul our stuff and put the kids in. Amazing house for family to stay in!

This rental home was perfect for our extended family for a spring break trip with young kids. We had several young children and the upstairs space with bunk beds room and twin bedroom along with loft and bathroom was perfect for all of them- they had their own space and adults could use the many seating spaces downstairs. Each room downstairs was equipped with a bathroom and tv - and the bathrooms even had vanity mirrors- all the details went in to this home. It’s decorated well, has a great layout, and the location is close to bike trails, beach, and the new nest area which was great for kids with indoor arcade, bowling, playground, nature center, etc. They even had 2 bikes for us to enjoy, which worked well because some of our family didn’t bring their own. The kitchen was fully stocked - we had fun eating out some nights but just as much fun cooking in the kitchen or using the grill. Usually rental properties aren’t as stocked as this kitchen, but this one had everything we needed. The only downside was we were hoping the pool was heated and even paid for that feature but it was beginning of the season in early March and it unfortunately didn’t work for us. They refunded us for the heated pool so it was a non issue because we had enough other things to do, and they were so quick and easy to communicate with us. Im sure they will get it up and running for future renters, I would just double check next time to ensure they can confirm its heated and working before we arrived (if you rent beginning of the season). Anytime we had any questions, they were super responsive and made sure our question was answered or issue was resolved. Overall, we loved everything about this house and its location. Would highly recommend and we would definitely rent here again. It was clean, well kept and Absolutely wonderful!

House was exactly as advertised and worked well for 6 adults and 5 children. We used the beach equipment, bikes, pool and hot tube. Excellent Location. Only issue which we knew up front was it is expensive to heat the pool and hot tube so would have liked to use them more of the days.
