Has great views, had everything we needed…. I will be back soon Thanks to everyone

This property overlooks the beautiful Honeymoon Beach. It is easy to access and has a wide open concept. Its AC units are only in the bedrooms, but with all the windows and the constant breeze it was always comfortable. George’s communication was fantastic and the property’s manager Sylvia was awesome. We had a great time!

An amazing week on Water Island! Fantastically convenient location with serene views overlooking Honeymoon Beach and St. Thomas. Air conditioned bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. George was friendly, responsive and accommodating. The on-site hostess, Sylvie, was very welcoming and communicative.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The home was not cleaned upon arrival, which was very disappointing, especially since we were traveling with a 1-year-old. Cleanliness is extremely important, and this made the stay uncomfortable from the start. The sinks and toilet had visible stains, and the bathroom sink was broken, which added to the concerns around upkeep and maintenance. We initially arrived to no towels or washcloths. After requesting them, we were provided with stained items, which raised further concerns about hygiene and overall standards. There was also no soap provided. The view is very beautiful, however we were not able to fully enjoy it due to the presence of wildlife, including snakes. While wildlife was mentioned, this was not clearly communicated to this extent. In addition, we experienced issues with water pressure. Due to these conditions, we chose to leave early. While the home has potential, the condition at check-in and overall experience did not justify the cost.
