Pretty house and a great location. Also a very good layout, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. However, bathrooms are outdated and have carpet throughout which gave a slight "musty" feel. Kitchen could use some work as well - chipped paint throughout, missing cabinet door/cover above fridge, etc. Overall, perfectly fine stay for our short weekend but would have expected a little better if we were staying longer.

We loved it...needs just a few things. mainly a couple nails sticking up that cut my foot...worst one is at the living room couch and the other somewhere near the fridge and kitchen sink....also, we could barely see in the kitchen , so overhead lights need help. loved the house and the wood floors are beautiful....

We recently stayed at Shearwater and we loved the home! It was spacious, a wonderful layout, and the perfect place for our family for the week. It's in a great location that is very accessible to the golf course and taking the golf cart to Alligator Alley over to the beach club. The owners have stocked it for everything needed to make it home for the week and we will absolutely stay here again.

2 baths shower curtain had mold. House needs deep cleaning. Overall is good.
