Of course the best part of this place is the beautiful beach, quiet, great location. What was disappointing was a few things that needed to be repaired. The washer on the first floor didn't work, but the dryer did. The dryer on the 2nd floor didn't work, but the washer did(?!) I had read prior reviews that stated this. The drawer in the kitchen wouldn't open...the drawer where on the flatware was kept...another frustrating situation. The carpet in the 2nd fl bedroom was so disgusting, no one walked on it with their bare feet. No hot pads to pull out pans from the oven, one dish towel; just overall poorly prepared for a house to host 23 people. I called for repairs on the W&D, they said they would show up on Sunday, but never did; no calls or update. Yes the layout is nice, but we felt some areas were neglected. That being said, this worked out for us, but disappointing to pend this money and we still had to get necessary items; like beach towels (we flew in). This is more of a drive destination where you have the room to pack necessary items. I attached the photos, but unable to attach the nasty carpet.

It was a beautiful home and perfect for our group of 11 cousins. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. The rooms were spacious and clean. The one complaint we had was the counter depth refrigerator/ freezer combo. That small a refrigerator was too small for our group let alone a larger one. There also was a full size freezer that should have been a full size refrigerator. Having an ice maker was helpful although the freezer was also an ice maker also.

Overall amazing property with responsive management. Cannot beat the view and location! More than enough room for everyone.

The pool was good for the kids but not big enough for us adults. We had no internet the entire week. This made it ruff due to some that still needed to work while on vacation. We had a light bulb in the ceiling go out in restroom mid week and I called 2x and no one came to replace it. We had to be very careful walking down to the beach due to nails sticking up. A ramp going down to the beach would be nice due to the older ones that have knee and back problems. I wouldn’t be able to rent this condo again due to the steps going down to the beach.
