A few things could be updated in and on the property. In the community area the hot tub never worked right. It was just like sitting in a hot pool. Overall, it was a nice stay for my husband, myself, and our 12 year old daughter. We would definitely stay again.

We had a blast in Gatlinburg. It was my first time. Staying just a bit out of town was wonderful and cut off all the noise. Would absolutely stay again.

Needs a little extra love. Beds are good, one bathroom is tiny. A/C is loud and LR furniture should be replaced. Overall okay. Don’t believe the hype about walking distance to Parkway. I mean the walk down is great, the walk back is rough. It would be ideal if the hotel somehow connected to the parking lot. You can see Ol Red across the street but it’s an impassable hill so you have to take the walk all the way around to get to Parkway. The hosts were superb when our door code stopped working and we needed it at 11pm.

Our stay was good but we had an early evening event to get to and I had asked if we could check-in an hour early and was told they couldn’t guarantee an early check-in but if the unit was clean before 4, they’d certainly let us know so we could. We arrived at the condo unit at 2:30, I messaged and never got a reply. We sat in a torrential downpour until the unit finally opened at 4:00. I realize early check-in isn’t always possible but the unit was obviously already clean at 2:30 because no one came to clean while we sat and waited for the door code to work. That aside, other than our white socks getting very dirty from the floors, the unit otherwise was clean and well equipped. The condos are not on the main parkway and yes you CAN walk it but it’s hilly and after walking all over G’burg we decided if we went back into town we would opt to drive. We enjoyed the patio in the evenings and although the unit is very small we had plenty of room for 3.
