Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all. Toiletries were basic, suggest avoiding them. No other amenities or extras to mention. Some basic coffee creamer would be nice, there was nothing, and hence we never used anything.

We absolutely loved this condo! You can’t beat the location. It has a beautiful view and perfect for stargazing right from the balcony. We will stay there again!

Great view and location

We enjoyed our stay; however, having to walk through on of the bedrooms to get to the master was a bit difficult with kids sleeping. The guest bathroom was amazing and a perfect size. The king bed in the master was great but the master bathroom was much smaller and not much room in the shower. Thankfully we weren’t in our condo much as it is smaller than anticipated but we had everything that we needed. The gas fireplace was amazing but the tv over the fridge was kind of tucked away. We arrived at night so I’m thankful that I read reviews as it was rather difficult to find the entrance without having to do steps. Suggest sending a better map with instructions to park on the backside would be rather helpful. Being able to sit on our deck and watch the sunrise was beautiful and my kids enjoyed listening to the elk and other animals
