Luxury, light, design, greenery and home automation. These are the distinctive features of Lumina: a wonderful penthouse with terraces on the ninth floor of a modern condo equipped with a private gym, coworking area and garage. We are in the newest part of Trastevere, a few steps from the train station that takes its name. The home consists of a large living area with a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen that faces a big terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is an ideal residence for those who travel for pleasure but also for work.

The interior, featuring the major Italian brands Artemide, Talenti Outdoor, Doimo Cucine, Marazzi, offers a contemporary and warm atmosphere with its bright design.

From the touch screen at the entrance to the home you can adjust the temperature in every single room as you wish along with opening and closing the electric shutters and controlling the lights.

The fully-equipped kitchen is enriched by amenities that are more difficult to find, such as a juicer and an ice machine.

After a day among monuments and museums, for your relaxation there is the magnificent terrace in addition to the living room with a large sofa and a 60-inch smart TV. Surrounded by evergreen plants, it harmoniously divides the dining area, perfect for an al fresco dinner, and the lounge area full of seating, ideal for enjoying an aperitif or reading a good book.

Well separated from the living area is the sleeping area where you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, private terrace and another bedroom with a French bed, balcony and a bathroom opposite the room with a bathtub/shower.

THE CONDO

The penthouse is the most prestigious apartment in Corte Trastevere, a one-of-a-kind condo in the center of Rome built in the name of luxury and respect for the environment. All homes here are certified with energy class A4, the highest level provided by Italian law. Privacy and security are guaranteed by an internal video surveillance system and by the doorman service which watches over the silent inner courtyard immersed by the moss wall garden.

PRIVATE GYM

For the exclusive use of the condo’s guests is a state-of-the-art gym with Panatta machines. Just take the elevator to the American second floor to keep fit even when traveling.

COWORKING AREA

If you need to dedicate a few hours to work, you can isolate yourself in the coworking area on the American fourth floor. Here you will find spacious and bright desks along with comfortable and soundproofed lounges.

FREE PRIVATE GARAGE

A more unique than rare feature: free covered parking in the center of the capital. You will have a remote control to open and close the gates of the garage below, where you can take directly one of the two large elevators that will bring you to the apartment.
