Very clean and comfortable place to call home. Will stay again

Our family really enjoyed the property, however we did not like how the outside of the property was maintained. There was trash outside the dumpsters that attracted wildlife. The grass in the back patio area was not cut. The pool area was left trashed , and we had to straighten it up just so we could enjoy the space. Also, in the rental the elevator did not work. We knew this before time, but it would’ve been a great asset to have during our stay. Other than that our stay was wonderful. The house itself was beautiful and well maintained. The property management made sure we had everything we needed when we asked. We would definitely book again.

The stay overall was good, and the property was suitable for our group of 10. It works well as a place to have breakfast, dinner, and rest in between activities—especially when traveling with kids, since most of the day is spent outside. However, the experience could have been better. Communication was a challenge: while messages were answered at times, when I requested specific information, I often received only quick replies without real answers to my questions. After I followed up, I was told the matter would be checked with the team, but I never received a response back.Another issue was the living room setup. There was only one couch that seats three people comfortably, so if you want to watch a movie together, the rest of the group has to sit on stools from the kitchen, which is not ideal. Also, there were no garbage bags provided, so I would recommend bringing your own.The place was decently clean inside, but the pool area clearly lacked maintenance. It was dirty, and there were many roaches and frogs around, which took away from the experience.

Property was easy to find, perfect location, steps from the beach and restaurants. Close to everything we wanted to do! Lots of things to use in the home, plenty of supplies.
