We loved our stay at Unity Ranch! This was the perfect place for four generations to gather and enjoy spending time with each other. There was so much to do and plenty of space. We loved the pool and outdoor area. We cooked outside (fajitas, burgers, pancakes) and enjoyed sitting in the shade poolside and on the porch. The game room and sports courts were hits, too. Plenty of seating in the main house to enjoy gathering inside as well (Texas in June can be very hot and the air conditioning was very nice.) I would definitely recommend staying here for any group wanting a fun, quiet, relaxing get-away. The beds were comfortable, the showers have good water pressure, the kitchen had the things we needed (pots and pans, utensils, etc.). We did have to look up how to use the coffee maker - none of us have a fancy Ninja at home . This was our 17th annual family trip and this place was the perfect spot! Thank you for sharing this awesome property.

The stay was good. The hot tub wasn’t working but overall a great experience. We enjoyed the sand volleyball court as well as pickleball court. We all enjoyed the pool. The main house water pressure isn’t the best and not too much hot water. You can’t run the dishwasher and take a shower at the same time. The cooking facilities are great and enjoyed having the outside grill set-up. We would for sure come back!

Our family of 16 had so much fun relaxing and hanging out. There are so many fun activities for all ages! Highly recommend.

The place was very nice and everyone had a great time. However, we experienced numerous issues, and trying to get a hold of the host was very difficult, and Several times I would bring up an issue, it was completely ignored. The wifi didn't work, we found bugs throughout the house, the pool was swimmable but was cloudy and was starting to smell. The pool cleaner told us there was an issue that was brought to their attention over a month ago, but they have not been given the approval to fix it and we had some plumbing issues as well. After all of the issues, there was 0 effort from the host to try to make it right in any way. Again, the place was nice and had plenty of things for everyone in our group to do, but the lack of response and hospitality from the host was disappointing.
