Spacious and clean. Like other reviewers I found it odd that the host contacted me on the morning of check in to tell me the real address of the property (it is not what VRBO sent me a day or two before). We traveled with two children. There was a pack and play and a high chair. We did not take advantage of the driveway because it is very narrow and we weren't sure if we would be blocking in other tenants. No trouble finding street parking. There are at least two families living in the building. They were friendly. The consequence of apartment living was hearing them walk around upstairs. Host provided shampoo, body wash and toothbrushes. We did not use the kitchen, but appeared well stocked. Mini-splits in each room worked well

Good place for a quick stay to see the US Open. Very good host to deal with. No issues at all and a lot of space!

The place was very nice. Heat stays up in the rooms vs in the living room but a space heater was given to make up for this.

We encountered a roach on our first night. The backyard and side of the house are littered with trash, and the house itself has an unpleasant odor.
