We rented three condos for a long weekend (2nd year). Had a great time & will be back next year. GTB folks are always great to work with.

Reviewer Comments:
This is a great condo and a great location. So clean, so well-stocked, and so convenient to the things we wanted to do.The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of dishes. The extra beds in the living room were great for our group, so we could spread out a bit more rather than sharing beds upstairs.Unfortunately our first two days were bitterly cold outside (early Spring Break cold snap), so we didn't get a lot done, but we took that opportunity to go into Calvert City for groceries, then were ready for the rest of the vacation being able to eat at the condo. The heating system in the condo was a little uneven, but that's not the fault of the owner nor the management. Just one of those building design flukes probably. Once the weather warmed up, the condo temperature was fine.

Reviewer Comments:
The property was clean and well maintained. The house overall was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Only real complaints are that the primary shower didn’t drain well. It filled with water immediately when showering, and the fitted sheets didn’t stay on the beds. Otherwise the house was clean, had everything (and more) that we needed.
