The apartment was clean, modern, the bedrooms were comfortable and a good size and it was helpful to have 2 bathrooms. The location is great with a shopping centre and supermarket across the road and the metro stop 5 minutes walk away. Communication was good with the apartment hosts who responded quickly to queries on the booking app chat.

We liked that it was spacious, everything in Ikea bought, pretty new. It has a lot of light inside. Location is great you have shopping right across. Metro station near too!

First, we had problem with coming inside of the builiding, door wasn’t working and noone has answered me from hosts, I was calling but number doesn’t exist, so I have written and they answered much later so we were waiting for an hour in cold. Second they turned off the heating so it was too cold when we got in so two times cold on first day. Then hot water is not an option not even warm one, according to hosts there was technician to check it but it wasn’t any better there still wasn’t warm water, so just cold showers! Dishes was very very dirty also table for eating when we cleaned it, paper was black so it was little bit disgusting. Cleaning must be done better! Dishwasher doesn’t work properly.
