The location of the apartment was best. The size of the apartment was also good. The cleanness was great. Size of the rooms was quite Good.
The Building itself was very old. There was only one small toilet. Toilet Fixtures & Hot/cold water needs to be improved. Apartment is located on 6th floor. Although it has a lift but incase lift is not working or there is any problem. You will have to travel 6 floors. Microwave Over wasnt working.

Key pickup was super smooth- no waiting around, no confusion, just easy. The place was clean, comfy, and in a really good spot, so getting around was effortless. Everything felt well thought-out and communication was great from the start.
Honestly, not much to complain about. A few more local tips or little extras in the place would take it from great to perfect.

Great location. Silent nice neighborhood. Big apartment. Running washer and fridge. Free WiFi. Great price.
Old and worn out. Serious plumbing and odor issues. Water pressure is horrible in the building. Can hardly take showers. No working TV. Bad habits die hard, seriously flawed approach to issues by the owner/caretaker in the apartment, asking guests to pay for something like a hardly working bathroom faucet handle. Seriously? There is always a first.
