We really appreciated the friendly face that welcomed us, the staff were all friendly and greeted with a warm smile every time we passed them. They explained everything so well we did not struggle to find anything we needed .

The location was really good to the area I was moving in. The unit was good and big enough for the number of people we were. The unit was neat and the layout was good.
The kettle did not work properly. We did not have a shower and had to take turns to bath, which meant we used alot of water. The TV did not work easily.
