Great for kids, lots to do

Not a lot around had to taxi out to get to places

The villa was perfect, the twin room was made for children ( small single beds - not suitable for adults )and the toys and books were a wonderful bonus.

The cafe menu was limited, coffee wasn’t the best, you had to walk out of the property to get to the cafe. Kitchen utensil limited

Perfectly planned. Beautiful facilities and gardens. Happy, friendly staff.

Nothing!

The variety for kids outdoors was really good - looks good and fun for the kids! Thr hotel itself looked really nice and the place is like new. Mini mart is in walking distance so that is handy.

The room type was too small - more like a hotel room for the studio with no where for bags. The indoor kids club whilst it was amazing, the day rate can be quite substantial when going everyday - would be better value if included in the room rate if staying at the hotel and villas. There is no tvs in the bedroom and the room we were in backed onto a side street so at night time i could here traffic and scooters beeping. The resturant closes at 7pm do if dining in you need to order early and there is no where else to buy dinner close by - you will need a scooter or grab to go into town. There was also an afternoon where i have gone to pay for the bill but they couldnt find it on the system so we assumed my partner paid for it on the way out however this was not the case and had people ring our door bell at 830pm (3 year old is asleep) chasing the money. We asked if we could put it to the room and we pay the next morning but said they cannot do.
