Location meant it was easy to get around. Well equipped apartment.

Everything was good and convenient

Just they are not reachable on whatsapp

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is central and within easy walking distance of most major attractions in the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining out and exploring the area.

While the apartment itself was good, the service and responsiveness were very disappointing. When things go wrong, management is not flexible or helpful at all. We experienced multiple issues with both the air conditioning and shower drainage. Despite sending several reminders, no one came to address the problems until Saturday evening. To make matters worse, the maintenance team took over two hours to complete the fix but as a result the apartment was dirty. I requested cleaning multiple times via calls and Booking.com messages, but no one ever arrived to clean up after them.Having these followups during a vacation was not something I was looking forward to. Hope they consider to improve services
