The condominium is inspired in a resort, with amenities same as resort. Gym, swimming pool and semiolympic swimming pool, covered basketball court, walking paths and launch areas next to the swimming pools.
It's a little bit far for everything and restaurants, laundromats, coffee shops and malls are far away and need to take a taxi.

Friendly staff and quick responses from the unit owner
The water got cut for 10 hours through no fault of the unit owner

Nice flat, the complex is guarded and with nice pools. Gym is like non existant too small and with little to no equipment. The position is central with Cebu but the individual apartmenet is the farthest one from the entrance. If you plan on using move it or maxime then no prob, otherwise not much in walking distance.
Check in was a problem. The code given for the door was wrong, the wifi needed to be restarted so I spent quite a bit on the door trying to contact the owner to reset it. Luckily the security guys were super sweet to help me out. The lack of cooking gear can hurt a long term stay.
