- Good for a weekend stay as the location is in the middle of town
- Parking available via host which was otherwise difficult to get
- Underfloor heating in bathroom and good sized rooms
- Wifi and smart TV worked with no issues
- Random cutlery and crockery, some were chipped or missing
- Uncomfortable beds
- Noisy pub close by

Great location in central Brentwood. Lots of space in the flat. Great value for money and Martin is very responsive and helpful host.
Beds were uncomfortable, could do with a new mattress.

It was clean and well stocked with essentials. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply to messages. Flat had everything we needed. It was also within an easy walk to the train station.
It was a bit tricky to find as the door wasn't immediately obvious from the street. So a photo of where the door is would have helped. I found the mattress on my bed a little uncomfortable but my friend said her bed was fine and comfy so perhaps that was more of a me problem.
