The decor was very cute like an Ikea magazine and the place was clean, amenities were included and kitchen tools were excellent. It also offered kayak and paddle boards.
We were four guests and the dining table had only two seats. Also, there was a storm two days before we arrived, and the outdoor space was flooded, so we could not use the firepit for 2/3 days we were there. The owner tried to make the floated situatuation better but it did not work. Also, the house is in front of a small public beach, but it is not a waterfront location in the sense that you can't see the lake, and you need to cross a street to get to that little beach. Furthermore, we weren't allowed to use the fireplace.

The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the living space was sufficient and also comfortable. The beach was directly across from the property and quite nice.
The windows need cleaning and refitting as there are large gaps and bugs get in. The electrical in the kitchen needs to be addressed as only one appliance can be used at a time eg coffee maker and toaster. More hooks are needed in the bedrooms and bathroom as there is no place to unpack any clothes. It would be difficult to stay organized with children. The bathroom was also overrun with ants.
