Great spa and fitness area, nice dinning room, good beach access, good size of the room, design of the hotel was cool
There were only two slow elevators for the whole hotel and no easy accessible staircase, there wasn’t really a proper shower wall in the bathroom, so most of the bathroom ended up getting soaked, sometimes communicating was a bit difficult because the English of the staff wasn’t the best

My room was clean and spacious. The SPA is kept clean. A variety of foods were available for breakfast. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful.
Both SPA and Fitness close at 9 pm.
Those establishments should stay open for longer hours for hotel guests.

Location and facilities were great staff was very nice. Cleaning was going on all the time.
Room was nice. Great views
I understand is October but if I am paying to stay in a all inclusive all ⭐ s hotel I am not in a building site do your maintenance work out of season. Id like to use all facilities not pools closed. Bed mattress not comfortable. Some food not even warm. And some BG staff needs to adjust from local rude attitude.
