+ Our host, Anna, was very helpful and replied quickly via WhatsApp
+ kitchen well eqipped (although lacking a kettle)
+ generally clean (with some minor shortcomings)
+ cleaning products provided
+ not far away from the railway station
- localization a bit outside of the strict city center
- walls of the apartment are quite thin, so we could hear the neighbours and they coud certainly here us (mind that silent hours are not only during the night but between 13.00 and 15.00 as well)
- we were at the apartment after 20.00 and had to pay additional 20 EUR fee for this. Information about it is on the aparment booking profile (one of the last pictures), and the fact that I did not catch it was my mistake... Still, this is quite silly in the era of self check-in
- no resting area in the flat (e.g. sofa)

Being old we were unaware that there were going to be two flights of ten stairs between floors and the apartment was on fourth floor !
At certain times of the day and night the noise from other neighbours spoilt our stay and stopped us from sleeping ( dogs baby grating noises )
The kitchen equipment lacked kettle washing up equipment bowl sponges and liquid. We would have liked bin bags and information about removal of rubbish as before mentioned the flat was a huge climb and we had no bin bags .
