Emplacement idéal et appartement bien équipé. Sa taille est parfaite pour deux personnes. La cuisine disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

Le plafond de la salle de bains présentait beaucoup de moisissures, la pièce dégageait donc une mauvaise odeur si l'on laissait la porte fermée trop longtemps, ce qui était assez désagréable. L'appartement était globalement propre.

Ubicacion idilica en pleno chamonix a escasos metros del tren y del telecabine aguille du midi!!! Al lado del rio y balcon con vistas!!! Parking viejo y estrecho pero super funcional!!!

-Quizá el olor a pizza todo el dia viniendo de las pizzerias de bajo -El ruido del rio o la ausencia de cortinas obligandonos alguna que otra noche a dormir con las ventanas totalmente cerradas pasando algo mas de calor…

We came to ski so the location close to Chamonix SUD was great to get the buses to the ski locations and just a short walk into the heart of Chamonix. The apartment itself is really well appointed. It is cosy but comfortable. There are some great restaurants and bars just downstairs for easy access if you want a beer on the way back from skiing. Overall we loved staying there aside from the issues with the car park.

We came in a car and the access to the car parks was difficult to find in the evening. The key fob didn’t swipe at first so we did a few blocks to get it right. The car park is a maze and we finally worked out the closest spot to park. It is really tight if you have a slightly larger vehicle. There is a lift that takes you up but you can’t use the fob to get back down so have to use the stairs from the ground floor. We discovered on the last day that you could use the fob and it would take you down but then we used it once and the fob stopped working so getting out of the car park was hard. The closest exit has a broken swiper. We were able to follow someone else out in the end at a different access point.
