Supporto tecnico molto reattivo, appartamento molto spazioso.

The location is good being on the outer fringe of the old city. Amenities were clean and working well. The balcony looked over a coastal wetland with waterbirds. It was quiet with little background noise.
The process of confirming the booking, supplying digital info to the managing company, and the checkin felt excessive. There were numerous digital forms and uploads. The access code was correct but missed the final digit.

Its location was ideal for walking to many places of interest and to get taxis. It was spacious and clean and the AC worked well. The washer dryer worked well once our host explained how to use it. That process took nearly 72 hours. The host was always very responsive to our concerns.
The first access was problematic. We only got in after another guest opened for us and explained the nuances of the key fob. We had to do the same for other guests who arrived a few nights later and couldn’t get in. The cookware provided was of very poor quality and everything would burn in them. Since we were cooking all our meals, we bought a set of pots and gave it away when we left. There were no blinds in the living room so at night we had to be careful. When we asked for a can opener we were informed that it was not a standard kitchen tool.
