Apartment is very comfortable for two person, rather new, all facilities were there.
Bathroom could be a bit bigger, but still functional; washing machine included for guests who stays longer.
Noise! There is a bar/nightclub in the atrium of the building complex that plays extremely loud music throughout the night. We were unable to get any rest until 4:00 a.m. because of the unbelievably loud music and the heavy bass, which echoed off the building facade and into our room. The noise level was completely unacceptable and significantly affected our stay.
