The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas

What can you possibly say about a hotel like The Cosmopolitan? It’s simply spectacular. From the moment you walk into the property, you realize this isn’t just a hotel. It’s an entire experience. The atmosphere, the design, the rooms, the facilities, and the incredible energy of the place are all on another level. Everything feels luxurious, exciting, and larger than life. We stayed on the 45th floor, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. There is something special about The Cosmopolitan that is difficult to put into words. It’s bold, glamorous, vibrant, and everything you imagine Las Vegas should be. If you’re looking for the ultimate Vegas experience, this hotel absolutely delivers. Despite a few issues, we genuinely loved our stay and would happily return.

Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the attitude of the front desk staff. While the hotel itself is exceptional, our interactions with the reception team were surprisingly unpleasant. We found the staff at the front desk to be extremely unfriendly, cold, and unwelcoming. Their attitude felt dismissive and completely out of place at a hotel of this caliber. At a property that delivers such an impressive luxury experience, you would expect the people welcoming guests to reflect the same level of hospitality. Sadly, that was not our experience. Another thing worth mentioning is the noise. The lobby and public areas are naturally very lively, with loud music playing throughout the evening. However, we were surprised that we could still hear the music from our room on the 45th floor during the night. It’s definitely something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. That being said, we didn’t let it ruin our experience. After all, it’s Vegas, baby!

Housekeeping was horrible. Complained to front deck and housekeeping after night 1 that shower and bathroom wasn’t being cleaned, same rags left in shower, left them again second day to see if the sound clean and still didn’t. Management was suppose to contact me but never heard from them
