Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. The morning sun was very nice and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area with its direct access to the footpath.
Some repairs and maintenance needed to fixtures and fittings, appliances quite old and well used. There was more traffic on Belmore Tce than we anticipated, traffic noise was intrusive at times. Quite a bit of noise from nearby building activity and garden maintenance on street frontages. We were also aware of noise from adjacent apartments including barking dogs upstairs.

Location was fantastic. Very clean and beautiful apartment. Beds and linen high quality and so comfortable
A second couch in living room would have made the property perfect (so that no one needed to sit in a straight backed chair while relaxing of an evening).
