Very clean, modern appliances, air conditioner, location.
The apartment directly above this place was extremely noisy - sounded like people running and jumping.
We were there for 10 days, it was agreed that the sheets and towels would be changed out the following Monday - that never happened. Should have had clean sheets and towels.

Good location, safe environment, close to many tourist sights, clean and large rooms, kitchen is well-equipped.
The pull-out sofa bed is not comfortable for adults and teenagers, it might only be suitable for young children. My children as teenagers complained that they couldn't sleep on it. The kitchen table is suitable for 2 people, but we booked for 4 people and it was too small for us. The roller shade is not in good condition, it gets stuck when pulled down in one of the rooms.
