A really beautiful hotel/ ryokan near the summit of mount Kajigamori. The room has tatami mats and very comfortable futons. The hotel has dining area that does a mixture of Japanese and Japanese / western food - all delicious. The smoother is relaxed and so friendly. It’s great for star watching the highlight being the 60 cm reflector telescope that we were given a very interesting tour of. The hotel also has a comfortable onsen . The road is narrow to get there but if you use the route from the route 439 you choose the better of the routes

The location was amazing and the staff couldn't have been lovelier. This is a location for the more adventurous traveller, up a narrow mountain track and staying in a traditional Japanese lodge. If this is for you, you will love it.

Fantastisk sted i bjergene. Ro og natur, eget observatorium, god mad og det sødeste personale. Vi havde nogle af de bedste dage på vores rejse rundt i Japan netop her. Vi stod op kl 5 for at se den smukkeste solopgang over bjergtoppene og en enkelt nat kl 1 for at nyde Mælkevejen. Ren magi.
Mange skriver at turen derop er svær, så vi var forberedt på det værste inden vi kørte, men vejen er helt fin og uproblematisk hvis man kører mens det er lyst.

ME ENCANTÓ
es verdad que está super alejado de la "civilización" pero supongo que por esto mismo la gente que ama la naturaleza elige este hotel. Tienen un observatorio chulísimo, tristemente como estabamos en tsuyu no pudimos ver nada porque estaba el cielo encapotado. La chica que nos hizo el check in era simplemente un rayo de sol y el resto del staff aprendieron a decir adiós en español para despedirnos. La verdad es que volvería mil y una veces. Uno de los hospedajes más chulos y únicos en los que he estado.
Por quejarme de alguna cosa no me gustó que el wc estuviese fuera de la habitación, pero no me supuso ningún gran problema. Sigo esperando poder volver prontooooo
