The location of the apartment is great, literally opposite one of the lovely beach bays of Sete. The balcony catches early morning sun but is lovely and shady for most of the day - just as well when the temperature is 35+ degrees! The shower is fantastic and the kitchen is well equipped. Ramon, who met us to hand over the keys was friendly and spoke good English which we really appreciated. We were kindly given some delicious zezzette biscuits, which were lovely - thank you.
The apartment does not have air-conditioning and despite the presence of a fan, was very hot inside making it difficult to sleep. The bedroom is at the front of the apartment and really holds the heat. The bedding (which must be purchased as an extra) was clean but not very comfortable. There was no toilet roll provided and some of the cups/ glasses felt gritty and not clean.
