The location, modern design and updates.

Nothing

Excellent location with everything walking distance. Love the vibe of the Marais area and very happy with our stay.

A more comfortable couch to sit and read on. A clothes horse to dry clothes as the washer/dryer combo never quite got our clothes dry.

Location, cleanliness, bed was comfortable and quiet in the bedroom.

There was construction on the exterior of the building where the apartment is located. We arrived to this. We had to keep the living room curtains closed when in the apartment because workers were walking by the living room window on scaffolding. The bracket in the shower that holds the shower head was broken so you had to hand hold the shower head. The bathroom sink had very slow draining. The small hot water tank was set to 2/5 of its capacity which did not allow both of us to shower with enough hot water.
