Location. A few feet away is Brigade road and Church street. Very close to all central streets and localities. Lively vibes 24x7.

Nothing not to not like.

Superb Location, theres a big supermarket, Westside and Zudio store very closeby (2-3 min walk). It was also walking distance to church street and commercial street. The entrance and lobby is quite small but the rooms are clean and spacious. It is located above a bar which we were aware of, so there was some noise in the night but it wasn't bad at all.

Spaciousness

The staff were kind and welcoming at first, but unfortunately, our overall experience became quite disappointing due to several issues during our stay. Firstly, we booked our stay in two separate reservations, as we needed to extend our stay: 1–8 August and 9–11 August. However, we ended up having to pay twice for 8 August. The staff explained that although our first booking was until 8 August, the payment only covered the stay until checkout time, so we had to pay again if we wanted to remain for the night. This was frustrating. If we had already paid the agreed amount for 8 August, I don’t think we should have had to pay again for the same date simply because checkout time had passed. Secondly, we faced difficulties with the laundry service. When I called at night to check on our laundry, we were told it would be ready the next day. However, it wasn’t delivered as promised. When I called again, we were told it would only be ready the following morning. In the end, it took two days to receive our clean clothes. As we were departing in just two days, we explained that if we had known it would take that long, we wouldn’t have spent money on the service. We also requested a discount for the inconvenience, but our request was declined. What made matters worse was that the staff became rude and raised their voices when we expressed our concerns Another disappointing aspect was that complimentary drinking water was not provided daily, so we had to purchase water ourselves throughout our stay. The delays and additional expenses were frustrating, but the way our concerns were handled was particularly disappointing. We expected better communication, transparency, and customer service. Although the staff were initially pleasant, these experiences left us with a negative impression of our stay.
